Olympus offers classes for all ages that range from adult fitness, one-on-one training to sport specific training for soccer, volleyball and football. All basketball specific training is by Touch Shooting inside of Olympus Sports Coliseum

SPEED & AGILITY
Help your child become faster and stronger for their sport with our general speed & agility classes for kids of all ages. We offer several different levels from beginner to advance. It's never too young to get them moving their feet and learning the proper techniques of movement and running to make them more efficient as the become older and more advanced in their sport. We offer a free trial for all classes.


ADULT FITNESS GROUP TRAINING
Join an adult fitness class today and live a healthier life while becoming stronger and happier. The group training is focused on developing strength and improving cardiovascular performance. The class uses many different ways to improve strength and cardiovascular including TRX, sleds, flipping tires, weights, body weight, cable machines and much more.


VOLLEYBALL TRAINING
Olympus offers individual and group volleyball training sessions. The focus during volleyball training is on individual skill sets of passing, setting, hitting, serving, blocking, defense positioning and mechanics. Contact Olympus to make an appointment for your next volleyball training
Volleyball Summer Training - Olympus offers a combination training throughout the summer that includes speed, agility and plyometrics and skills training. This high intensity class is geared toward jr high and high school student wanting to go to the next level. It is one of a kind training in the Sacramento Region. This class runs from the first week of June to the first week of August.


FOOTBALL TRAINING
Train with former NFL player Marlon Moore, challenges your child to become a better football player focusing on footwork and getting to the ball. Off-season training runs December through July. Get better with the best that have played at the highest level of football!


PEE WEE SPORTS
Your 3-6 year old will love this class as your child will learn multiple sports over the 8 week class. Sports include: Dodgeball, Muay Thai, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football. In this fun filled class, your child will learn to throw a ball, kick soccer ball, dribble a basketball or throw a football. We offer 4 sports per session. There are four sessions per year.
